Core Modules

Ensure efficient stock holding across with unique safety stock levels for every SKU in every location across an entire network. Each of the features below is at a SKU x location level. The following core modules make up the current out of the box capabilities.

Inventory AI Web Application

Features: Dynamic view of all stock and service level data across every network location. Filterable and configurable, with key trends and metrics highlighted to enable optimal decision making.

Scalable Forecasting

Features: Demand forecast applied for every SKU x Location combination, calculated every day.

Advanced Safety Stock

Features: Safety stock for every SKU x Location combination, targeting either Cycle Service Level or Fill Rate and calculated every day.

Levels

Features: Minimum and maximum stock levels for every SKU x Location combination, plus a dynamic stock status based on current stock compared to optimal recommended levels. Values are calculated every day.

Flagging

Features: Flags attached to SKU x Location combinations that highlight products that meet a certain criteria. As standard, these include Best Sellers, Dead Stock, Trending Up and Trending Down.

Core Module Requirements:

This list of requirements is not exhaustive and should be reviewed with a member of the Peak team alongside specific business requirements.

  • Requires a minimum of 12 months data for output recommendations

  • Core modules have a limit to the number of SKU x Location combinations allowed before pricing implications occur. This limit depends on the type of service level required.

  • Maximum 100 concurrent web application users

  • Scalable forecasting is available for new products only once enough data has been captured. These products can be managed by Peak in the meantime, but without recommendations.

  • One deployment per single echelon of the supply chain or business unit.

  • Limited support for short expiry dates and expiring stock


Inventory Additional Modules

Optional extras are the additional capabilities that can be added to the Subscription for an additional cost. The Customer may elect to receive the following Optional Extras. In the event the Customer elects to receive any Optional Extras, the parties shall discuss and negotiate relevant terms in good faith.

Reorder

Optimised supplier purchase order recommendations at SKU x location level. 

Features: Recommended reorder volume by units and cost, considering supplier and SKU level minimum order quantities and pack sizes.

Replenishment

Optimised replenishment orders from central warehouse or distribution center.

Features: Recommended replenishment by units and cost, considering SKU-level minimum replenishment quantities and pack sizes.

An Gen AI assistant-stye conversational interface which enables users to ask questions about their data.

Features: Interface that allows users to ask questions on the standard Inventory output data model.
